During the winter of 2002-2003 I spent several months in the FCCAU Emergency Shelter. With their help I was able to find employment and housing. For a short time I shared my housing with another person from the shelter but now manage on my own.

            I have been happily employed at Upper Chesapeake Health Center and overtime have advanced into a higher paying job. After almost six years I have been keeping my bills paid and I'm doing very well.
